Refund policy
Returns We accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
- Not be washed, worn, assembled, or altered in any way
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping. Items must be shipped using a trackable courier service and must physically reach us in acceptable condition. SportsKingdom Stores is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged, used, missing original packaging, or not in resalable condition will not be accepted. SportsKingdom Stores reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
