Returns/Cancellation Policy
We do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- As only when received product/parcel is in damaged/broken condition. It should be recorded while unboxing the package as a proof. The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original invoice & packaging with all the tags etc.
- The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- We accept request of exchange only
Note - Product purchased during specific sale period or promotion can not be returned & exchanged.
