Returns/Cancellation Policy

We do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

  • As only when received product/parcel is in damaged/broken condition. It should be recorded while unboxing the package as a proof. The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The item should have its original invoice & packaging with all the tags etc.
  • The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • We accept request of exchange only

Note - Product purchased during specific sale period or promotion can not be returned & exchanged.
