Return/Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing products from SportsKingdom Stores. We understand issues, if any, that you may face with the product and have a Return/Refund Policy. We accept returns subject to fulfilment of the below conditions:
- If the product is damaged or in broken condition. For your own convenience, kindly record the package while unboxing the package as a proof. The product must have been purchased from our online store.
- The product should not have been used in any way and must have its original invoice and packaging with all necessary tags.
- The Return/Refund request is made within 4 days of delivery.
Any request for Exchange will also be entertained, subject to fulfilment of above conditions.
Kindly Note: Product purchased during a specific sale period or promotion cannot be returned & exchanged.
APPLICABLE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS -or- BEFORE ANY FURTHER WORK CAN BE DONE, whichever is less.
